Terms of Service for Toronto Wakesurfing

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a session with Toronto Wakesurfing, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Participation Participants must comply with all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Toronto Wakesurfing staff. Failure to comply may result in termination of your session without a refund.

3. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that wakesurfing involves inherent risks and dangers that may lead to bodily injury or death. You agree to assume all risks associated with participating in wakesurfing and other activities conducted by Toronto Wakesurfing.

4. Liability Waiver You hereby waive, release, and discharge Toronto Wakesurfing, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that you may hereafter have for injuries, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or related to participation in any activities conducted by Toronto Wakesurfing, whether arising from the company’s negligence or any other cause.

5. Health Declaration Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit to engage in water sports activities. You must inform Toronto Wakesurfing of any medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate safely.

6. Use of Media Toronto Wakesurfing reserves the right to use any photographs, video footage, or recordings taken during activities for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toronto Wakesurfing against any and all claims, suits, actions, costs, counsel fees, expenses, damages, judgments, or decrees caused by your participation in the activities or your use of the company’s equipment.

8. Changes to Terms Toronto Wakesurfing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your agreement to those changes.
