Cancellation & Weather Policy

 

Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 75% fee of the original booking amount.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the start time or once a session has begun.

If a session is cancelled by our captain due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you will receive a credit on your account to reschedule at your convenience. This credit is based on the time remaining in the session at the time of cancellation.
