You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your session without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are non refundable. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for surfing, we will provide details on how to reschedule your session free of charge.
